1) The day begins with Gahl Sasson, from noon to 2:30.
Gahl shows us how astrology works and how to use the wisdom of the stars to transform your business and relationships and navigate your life.
Then visit beautiful Woodstock during your lunch break. Make lunch reservations in advance, as weekends in Woodstock are busy. We may try to make them as a group. More information to come.
2) The day then continues with yoga from 4 to 5:15 – a yoga re-set to integrate your work.
This gentle yet powerful yoga session will open your body, heart, and mind to new possibilities and release stuck energy.
The class will incorporate yoga postures, breathing exercises, and yogic chanting. Open to all levels, and no experience is necessary.
Please wear comfortable clothing. Mats are available to rent if needed.
