This week, as a single energy, we clean house to make room for a New Reality.

Space is a precondition for growth and opportunity. It is hard to let go of old patterns and often we hide our “holding” from ourselves to keep ourselves from letting go of the familiar no matter how destructive and painful the familiar may be.

This week, as a single energy, we use the power of our unity to recognize destructive relationships, patterns and “installations” in our lives, to END  the mediumship and telepathy with those who no longer belong in our lives, to employ courage and hope to make space and CONSCIOUS CREATION to fill the space with what we do want or at least, as a start, to be open to knowing what that is.

We also, as a single energy, help one another to embrace the new people and situations entering our lives and to use our collective intuition to sort through what is in our good and what is not. As hard as it is to let go, it is often harder to allow someone or something new in without putting up obstacles to protect the status quo. As we make space we also “allow” so that that we embrace the wonderful new opportunities that we have been blinded to by our patterns/clutter. We refocus on what is, what is possible and what is desirable as we support each other in positive transformation.

Remember to join your energy with the energy of the group. It is in community that we are strong.

I join you in starting anew.

Love,

Laura

Thank you, Laura! This strongly reminds me of “(Just Like) Starting Over” by John Lennon, a beautiful song I had the honor and pleasure of performing live this last Saturday, being a great step towards my New Reality!

“Our life together is so precious together / We have grown, we have grown.. Although our love is still special / Let’s take a chance and fly away somewhere alone / It’s been too long since we took the time / No-one’s to blame, I know time flies so quickly / But when I see you darling / It’s like we both are falling in love again / It’ll be just like starting over, starting over”

Let’s open our windows and let in some fresh air this week! It feels good to do this together! Love, Robert

    Dear Laura,
It was lovely to meet you last night at B&N. I’ve been trying to do these blog exercises and having trouble adjusting to linking with the group, a faceless mass, so it was nice to be able to add faces to that process. Thank you.

Dear Laura, I love this lesson. I’ve been feeling strange all day as I was trying to let go of the past with my ex and move into my new life with my new friends at church. The only thing is I didn’t realize why I was trying so hard until I got home and read your post. Since I connect with the group several times a day maybe I could just feel that this was what we were going to work on. Thanks so much.. Love DJ xoxo

I’ve been very busy for the last couple of months as I’m in the process of moving my home. Been doing a lot of purging and in doing so have stopped to review past experiences. Time to let go and star anew. I’m really stressed about the move with worry about will everything go well with the actualy move itself and then also with the settling into a whole new area of the city. Outside the city actually and near a large conservation area and the lake. I’m really hoping that this will be a positive move for me. I’m scared too! Deep breath and focus on the positive.

    Cheers,

I am a big proponent of decluttering my physical space…so this exercise makes a lot of sense to me! I realize that I have been susceptible to strong telepathic messages and mediumship. When I recently had an overwhelming bout of sadness hit me one morning, I practiced embodiment and immediately started feeling better!

This year I am very thankful that the breakup that took place in my life this past July led me to your book, “Welcome to Your Crisis.” Your words of wisdom in all of your books are a treasure. The gift you have passed on to me is that I now know I can count on myself for the answers to my questions! I never really believed I could create my own success–I thought I was at the mercy of the cards dealt to me.

You may not be a guru (since you wisely advise against that), but you ARE an exceptionally wise, inspirational and motivating person. And for that, I am thankful. Happy Thanksgiving, Laura!
