Believe it or not, self-care takes discipline! As I say in WELCOME TO YOUR CRISIS you do need “to put your own oxygen mask on first” when the plane is going down! If you don’t take care of you how can you safely take care of others. You will slip, catch yourself and slip again but you will form, in time, new, self-loving habits.
