    This is very good! I found myself recently having to let go of my needy friends, I love them and care for them, but they were doing many things that were pulling me away from what I needed to do for myself and to have a life for myself. Extremely controlling and all about them. I felt guilty for a long time but I realized what they were doing to me and my life and the drain it was putting on me and my ability to have my life and my fun. The book by Dr. Phil, “Life Code” helped me realize it, and it was hard for me to make the changes and become comfortable with making the change I made. I am still working on focus and intuition and trusting myself but it is a learning process. Laura Day’s Books are very helpful by being insightful about the process, and I appreciate her efforts in my life.
